Analysis of Nanostring data.

Gene expression data were normalized using the `limma::normalizeQuantiles` function.</br>
The Tr1 signature score and IFNa signature score describe the geometric mean of the normalized expression of the genes within the respective gene set.</br>
The rho coefficient is calculated by using spearman correlation between the expression level of the indicated gene and the genes in the IFNa signature within each patient.
