Stanrdard RNA-seq pipeline on 18 samples.<br>
RNA-Seq analysis on sorted glioblastoma cells (GFP+) and unaffected brain hemisphere samples of IFN-a-DHFR gene therapy treated, recombinant IFN-a1 treated, and control mice.<br>
Differential gene expression analysis on treated samples against control ones, and Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) on pre-ranked gene lists (ordered by log2 Fold Change values) agasint the MSigDB Hallmark database.
